- Review of current EVP, recruitment processes, candidate experience, careers portal, job adverts, job descriptions, Seek/Glassdoor/Indeed reviews, and other recruitment materials.
- Further meeting up to 1 hour via Google Meet to provide feedback and recommendations.
- The strategy document will include high-level recommendations on improvements to the business's current recruitment approach, including adverts, EVP, market reputation, candidate experience, LinkedIn presence, job descriptions, onboarding, etc.
Please note the following:
- Documents will be shared via Google Doc link. Please download and save the document as the link share will expire after 1-week of being sent.
- The initiatives within the strategy will not be implemented by the Resume Assistant. An implementation service can be discussed and customised to your business. Please let me know if you would like to discuss this further.
Generally this service will follow/accompany the Recruitment Strategy service The Resume Assistant provides and will work the business to implement the strategies outlined in the Recruitment Strategy.
