This package includes the following services:
- An initial meeting to discuss the business’s current approach to recruitment, recruitment needs, and current challenges, up to 1 hour via Google Meet.
- Review of current EVP, recruitment processes, candidate experience, careers portal, job adverts, job descriptions, Seek/Glassdoor/Indeed reviews, and other recruitment materials.
- Further meeting up to 1 hour via Google Meet to provide feedback and recommendations.
- The strategy document will include high-level recommendations on improvements to the business's current recruitment approach, including adverts, EVP, market reputation, candidate experience, LinkedIn presence, job descriptions, onboarding, etc.
