With over 8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and training across a variety of industries, including Retail, Hospitality, Property and Construction, I have worked both internally and for an agency, providing me with insights from both a recruiter’s perspective as well as a hiring manager’s.

This package is package includes the following services:

• Short-term remote recruitment consulting.
• Servicing end-to-end recruitment needs for your business as a remote contractor. 
• Paid at an hourly rate of $80. 

 

Assignments can include:

• End-to-end recruitment consulting.
• Resume screening and shortlisting.
• Interview coaching for hiring managers, along with the creation of interview and reference check guides.
• Writing Job Descriptions.
• Creating and posting job adverts.
• Conducting Reference Checks.

 

Please note the following:

• As a contractor I will represent your business not The Resume Assistant.
• You will be required to pay an hourly contracting rate, as well as any additional  advertising and head hunting costs.

Need advice on a service?

• For soon-to-be or recent school or uni graduates with little or no relevant work history.

Included in the service:

• You will complete a questionnaire to provide insight and understandings of what you are trying to achieve, your target market, key achievements and the ideal role you are seeking.
• A tailored resume will be completed. This resume will be editable so you can make changes as you see fit. 
• You will be provided with a resume template, and a guide on formatting and best practice Resumes and Cover Letter writing.
• The resume will be created on Canva, a PDF version will be sent to you, along with the editable link. I suggest you save this link in your Canva account. If you do not have a Canva account, it is free to create on using an email address. 
• X2 additional edits can be requested, within one week of receiving the first draft.

This service includes:

• Conducting Reference Checks of successful candidates to save you time 
• I will consult with you to go over any specific questions you would like answered
• You will supply the candidate's or the reference's contact details
• Up to 3 reference checks per candidate, completed over the phone and recorded and sent to you via PDF document

• This service is for those who struggle to put their experience into words.

• We will create an ATS-friendly, tailored and keyword-optimized cover letter for you.

 

Included in the service:

• You will send through your most updated version of your resume and/or cover letter and complete a questionnaire to provide insight and understandings of what you are trying to achieve, your target market, key achievements and the ideal role you are seeking.
• A tailored cover letter will be completed. The document will be editable so you can make changes as you see fit. 
• The Cover Letter will be created on Canva, a PDF version will be sent to you, along with the editable link. I suggest you save this link in your Canva account. If you do not have a Canva account, it is free to create on using an email address. 
• X2 additional edits can be requested, within one week of receiving the first draft.
